“When it comes to breaking new records and artists in the Tennessee area, you gotta come see me period, point blank.”

I am a native of Trinidad and Tobago where I excelled in track and soccer at an early age. I have taken time off to go back to college and fulfill a lifelong dream of attaining a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in business administration. It is also my greatest aspiration to have a family of my own.

I became fascinated with the art of DJing when I was 12 years old. Like many young people at that age, I didn't have a proper set of Technics SL-1200s. I was forced to improvise by dubbing my favorite songs from a cassette to another in order to come up with my personalized compilations, which I sold to my friends.

When I first started making mixtapes, I was just using cassettes instead of turntables. I used to copy the songs of my two favorite DJs, Dr. Hyde and Chinese Laundry, from cassettes.

If you ask anyone in the Tennessee area who's the number one mixtape DJ in the South for breaking records, they will say Dutty Laundry without hesitation, even today. My business dominated the mixtape and club scene in Chattanooga, Tennessee and its surrounding areas from 2003 to 2011.

Dutty Laundry was named in homage to my Trinidadian roots and my mentor, Chinese Laundry. I came up with “Dutty” to acknowledge the South. My business has solidified its place in the hip-hop history after appearing thrice in the popular television show, Rap City, and numerous publications such as Ozone, The Source, Don Diva, and XXL.

My mixtape series, “The Game” and “Hood Classics,” have been responsible for breaking numerous artists in the Southern market. I have managed to give Mr. Magic and Roy Jones Jr.’s "I Smoke, I Drank" and Crime Mob’s "Knuck If You Buck" a break on my CD series, "The Game." I was the first DJ in the country to play Gucci Mane's record, "So Icey."

My CDs actually gave a number of new artists their start in this market. I have given breaks to a slew of acts of the several artists: Gucci Mane, OJ da Juiceman, Yung L.A., Yung Ralph, Gorilla Zoe, J-Money, Ciara (assisting the Hittmenn DJs), and Boyz n da Hood.

Dutty Laundry has now a different perspective and outlook on the craft. I have expanded my expertise into new aspects of the industry. These include weddings, proms, and other special events. I take pride in having more than 20 years of experience in doing music, DJing, breaking records, and entertaining. In addition, I have toured with various acts and I was critically acknowledged for mixtape resonance.

My business provides a great-quality service and rewarding experience through being ingrained in faith. I am the complete package and my resume speaks for itself.
